For businesses using Valeria One

Texts are sent from your own business number, on your own carrier account. Before texting anyone you must have their consent — written consent for marketing messages — and your number must be registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC or toll-free verification); Valeria's setup wizard walks you through it. Messages are only sent at reasonable local hours.

For people receiving texts

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT) to stop at any time, and HELP for help. Stopping is honored right away and confirmed with one last message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
